Celebrating International Women's Rights through mentorship, free legal clinics, and community awareness across the City of Kigali.
“Isaro,” the precious pearl, symbolizes value, growth, and the potential that is revealed when nurtured and supported. The ISARO Program: Give to Gain launched in March 2026 on International Women’s Rights Day and turned its theme into concrete action, giving time, expertise, and commitment to create lasting impact in Rwandan society.
Led by Adv. Nyembo C. Eméline, who brings over 20 years of judicial experience in gender-related matters, the ISARO Program is a permanent framework for strengthening access to justice, especially for women in the Rwandan community as well as those in detention, while strengthening the professional development of young legal practitioners.
